Return Process

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the hair extensions are unused, uncut, and in their original packaging with all ties intact. Include your order number and RMA inside the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
